So how was your Christmas?

Mine has been so so so far. (good that innit?).
Felt a bit unwell at times but I think that was down to the co-hydramol that I’d been taking for an aching leg but the stomach cramps they were giving me made me knock them on the head. My leg feels better now anyway but the cramp is lingering on.
It was a bit of a strange Christmas anyway seeing it was just me and ‘er now. Both the kids have fled the nest and so we took our gifts to her mothers to open along with the kids when they came over.
I didn’t get much and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. Times are tight for everyone except the rich.
Did have one bit of good news though and that was Your Netbook. After a slow start the hits have now taken off and I’m getting an average of 60 a day. Also straight onto the first page of Google for most search terms with the odd page two. Absolutely astounding and it’s all organic so I won’t be needing adwords then.
Of course I’ve been studying the stats and was amazed to see how many people search for Advent netbooks, the own brand of PC World and Dixons etc.
I didn’t expect any sales before Christmas and I reckon it’s just prospective buyers sussing things out. Wait until the sales start I thought. Dead right too because I had my first sale today.
£11 on a £499 sale through PC World. Don’t know what it was for exactly so I’ll have to start tagging my links with the product. It also included other items so was classed as a multi buy.
So far it’s looking good then.
