Now I’m trying to work out WordPress

After originally planning this to be a blog for one of my dating sites: Hot Mates I decided that I would broaden the scope for it and make it a blog for all my design work, of which there is very little 
and also include any dating design talk.
The first thing to go was the black & gold look of the previous template along with the name of ‘The Hot Mates Blog’ to be replaced with the crisper blue & white look and a new name. I’ll be keeping it on the Hot Mates web space for the time being because it has a database whereas Webamaze doesn’t.
I’ll be adding various links to sites that I like to use in my design work but the one thing I would like to know is how to change the order the Link Catagories come in.
I just like things to be tidy.
